Services
Our aim has always been to keep the practice small enough that Richard or Deborah can remain personally involved with each project at all times.
Whether the client is a homeowner looking to make the most of their property on a budget or a commercial operator expanding their business across many sites, we can tailor our services to help.
We have the skills in-house to develop a project brief and guide you through the feasibility and masterplanning phases to navigate the ever more complex planning process. We can prepare working drawings and will administer the building control stages before helping with project costing and procuring a builder to ultimately managing the construction process on site.
In addition, we work with a trusted extended team of specialists who offer a wide range of skills including, ecology, arboriculture, structural design, sustainability, quantity surveying, landscape design, traffic management and flood risk modelling.
From feasibility through to construction our small, dedicated team will guide you through each project.

“From initial design discussions, planning approvals, costings, and attending site meetings, Richard provided us with the energy efficient, contemporary home we had dreamed of for our retirement. The ugly building site was then transformed by Deborah’s designs for the front and rear garden, providing us with a stunning low maintenance garden with year-round interest.”
